The Red Hat OpenShift Administration I (DO280) course is a 4-day course that is designed to teach students how to install, configure, and manage Red Hat OpenShift Enterprise (OSE) instances. OpenShift Enterprise by Red Hat is a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) product that provides pre-defined deployment environments for applications of all types through its use of container technology. This enables an environment that supports DevOps principles such as reduced time-to-market and continuous delivery. Students will learn how to install and configure an instance of OpenShift Enterprise by Red Hat, testing instances by deploying a real world application, and managing projects and applications through hands-on labs.

Target Student:This course is designed for the following students:
System administrators responsible for creating OSE instances, deploying applications, creating process customizations, as well as managing instances and projects
Prerequisites: Students should possess the following experience before attending the course:
- DO180 strongly suggested before DO280
- RHCSA, RH124 and RH134, or equivalent RHEL system administration experience
- RHCE is recommended
